Founders Daniel and Lanakai
Daniel Ortega was burdened by the epidemic of addiction and homelessness in Los Angeles California and now the world. As a former lost soul and addict Rev. Ortega was once reached through a Christian program at 21 years old, he had overdosed on drugs multiple times and was on the brink of death until someone told him about a place he can go to be restored. He has now dedicated his life to reaching those who have been forgotten by society and offers them a hand-up in life.
Dedicated to holistic transformation, Daniel and Lanakai are dedicated to holistic transformation, and strive to see people restored in mind, body, and spirit, enabling them to thrive on fire towards their purpose.
OUR VISION
At Fire Place Training Center, our vision is to cultivate a nurturing environment where thousands of individuals can experience holistic transformation. Through our structured programs and personalized support, we empower lives and restore hope. This vision comes to life through our FireHouses—residential rehab homes—and our FireHub Resource Centers, which serve as local access points for mentorship, training, and essential services.
